Ltd. was started recently with an investment of RMB600m, which will put into production in September 2009, whose annual production capacity is expected to be over USD100m. SKF (Dalian) Bearings and Precision Technology Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SKF (China) Investment Co., Ltd., was established on March 23, 2005 with registered capital of USD20m. The total investment of PeriodⅠwas USD55m.
