On June 4, Jiangxi allocated RMB18.50m for medium and small-sized enterprises expanding international markets to support 516 enterprises such as Jiangxi GUO YAO Pharmaceutical Limited Liability Company to attend out-bound exhibitions, make out-bound market investigations, publicize and promote in the international markets, register out-bound advertisement trademarks and set up enterprise websites.

It was introduced market expanding capital applied to the principle of payment after the event, that is, in the month when a project has been completed, medium and small-sized enterprises or project units offering effective certificates can summit the payment application of project capital to outside-province departments responsible for economic trade. After the provincial financial responsible department and outside-province departments responsible for economic trade jointly check the application and effective certificates and the capital which has been verified, the capital can be paid to project units.

Since 2005, Jiangxi has paid the capital of RMB65.50m, which effectively supports the international market expanding ability of hundreds of medium and small-sized enterprises all over the province.
