The attraction to foreign capital in Guangdong, which is at a crucial period of industrial upgrading, is remaining strong. The data released by Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Statistics on June 6 showed that from January to April this year, the contractual utilization of foreign capital in Guangdong Province exceeded USD10b, amounted to USD10.742b, with a substantial growth of 32.3% year-on-year.
