Characteristics:
The products are made by forging seamless copper pipe or by rolling and welding with copper sheet.
The flange is made with CuCrZr alloys material by forging method. It has good thermal conductivity and high mechnical properties.
With safe and reliable technology of copper-steel welding, the products are adapted to high temperature and high strength working conditions.
Technical parameter:
Chemical composition: Cu≥99.93%
Pressure test: Test hydraulically at 1.5Mpa for minimum 30mins. No leakage or sweating permitted.
Welding Seam X-ray Detection: according to GB3323-87Ⅰ-Ⅱ standard
Electrical conductivity: σ≥94%IACS
