We can supply PVPP(Cross-link Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone) which is used as beer stabilizer.The PVP produced by special polymerization process with the Cobalt 60 as initialization. It is insoluble in water and any organic solvents, this product has proper particle size and less swelling volume in water, it has super physical chemical stability. It can adsorb phenolic compounds which cause cloudiness.When added during brewing ,the PVPP reduces phenolic compounds before they are able to react with the proteins present.This improves the stability of the beer.
